I schedule appointments for a specific time, i am regularly seen 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I have heard your staff have a conversation with another patient because the patient was 5 minutes late to their appointment. You need to keep that same energy for yourself. THIRTY MINUTES.

Ms. Abraham listened to me, reviewed my previous history, provided immediate recommendations, ordered prescriptions, and explained to me the side-effects of the prednisone, explained how the dosage would be for five days, twice a day, dosage amount, and also the issues I may encounter if I cannot get the insurance to cover the full cost of the lidocaine 5% patches, and that the OTC patches would not be the same strength.

The initial consultation went very well, but her follow through and follow up was horrible. I left four messages, requesting a call from her and never received one.

I had a uti and kidneys failing with kidney stones and told her I had painful knots on my thyroid. Fever for 9 weeks. She told me it was anxiety and Indigestion. Even after I fainted in NY, still no redo of labs or deep dive to find the issue. I called the next day and asked for blood and urine to look for infection. A nurse said she would talk to her and call me back. The nurse called me back the next day while I was in the hospital to ask if I was better. I WAS Admitted for 3 days. Home with IV antibiotics and now getting the care I asked Nisha Abraham for. She pushed for me take anxiety meds and told me I had overactive bladder. NO, it was a severe infection!!!!
