Yasmany Avila Balmaseda, APRN, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner who believes strong patient relationships are the foundation of excellent health care. He values providing comprehensive care across all stages of life, with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.

NP Yasmany Avila pursued medicine because it allows him to build lasting relationships with patients while providing comprehensive care throughout every stage of life. He values helping patients improve their quality of life through preventive care and enjoys supporting them on their health journey over time. His favorite part of practicing medicine is earning his patients’ trust and seeing the meaningful difference quality health care can make in their lives.

NP Yasmany Avila earned his APRN/FNP-BC education from Miami Regional University. Born and raised in Cuba, he speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
