Kplola Elhor Gbito, NP

Kplola Elhor Gbito, FNP‑C, began his career as a physician in Togo, West Africa, before relocating to Texas, where he attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston to earn his Master of Science in Nursing in 2023. He holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center as well. Kplola joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2026 as a Home Care Medicine nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in patient care.

Kplola's experiences growing up caring for loved ones in an area deeply affected by malaria gave him a profound sense of responsibility and inspired him to pursue a career helping others through healthcare. As a compassionate Home Care Medicine nurse practitioner, he provides high-quality, holistic, personalized care to patients in their homes, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions for all ages. Kplola prioritizes educating his patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention. He finds his work caring and advocating for patients incredibly fulfilling and enjoys empowering them to partner with him in making care decisions and reaching their own health goals.
