She's THE BEST doctor I've ever seen. She asks how I'm doing, she LISTENS to what I respond to questions she's asked me, she gives advice on things that will help me improve my health and applauds me when I make inroads in that regard. Because she's so encouraging, I have made more strides to make improvements before my next visit!

Very likely she's very knowledgeable always has the information that I need always taking care of my needs and make sure that she follows up on the last lab work checking my meds and checking my feet for my diabetes keeping me informed of my health. She's very caring and making sure my health is where it's supposed to be I highly recommend her to anybody.

She takes the time to explain everything and why I should do what she is asking me to do. She explains about meditation and what to expect from taking the meditation and what medications I should not take and why. This Iis why I respect her so much and am grateful she is my doctor.

I will repeat it. She was my mother's Doctor. I have VA, but was forced to pay for Medicare by the government, so I use Doctor Garza as my second opinion. Your survey is way too long and repetitive.

Sometimes it is obvious Dr. Garza is rushed & this can cause some (usually minor) things to fall through the cracks. It is partly my fault as well. For example, Dr. Garza called in a prescription to my pharmacy but did not give me specific instructions on taking the medication. The instructions from the pharmacy weren’t perfectly clear to me & I had questions that I feel could have been covered with Dr. Garza the day the prescription was sent in but I didn’t realize I’d have any questions until the meds came.

The primary reason I pay for Medicare and chose Well Med ( I have VA services) is Dr. Alejandra Garza. She was my mother's doctor when she was alive, I admired the care she has for a patient and the knowledge she has. I am not related to Dr. Garza.

Dr. Garza makes you feel like she does care about you & is responsive to my needs. Though it has almost never happened, when something didn’t work out perfectly, Dr. Garza was apologetic & humble which is rare when dealing with doctors. I really appreciate this so much & this along with the concern she shows have made me feel more comfortable with Dr. Garza than I’ve felt with any other doctor I’ve gone to for quite some time.

At that point I am dependent on another staff member to fill me in on what’s going on when I would prefer asking Dr. Garza directly.

Dr. Garza is thorough during my appointment. She cares about my health. I enjoy spending time with her. My last appointment with her was my last appointment with her. I'm going to start going to the new clinic on [omitted]. It's only 1 mile from my house. I tried to convince Dr. Garza that it was really necessary for her to move out here, too. It didn't work. Anyway, she is great!
