Rostaffa De La Garza, NP

Rostaffa (Rose) De La Garza, MSN, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution in 2017. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in April 2025.
For patients of all ages, Rose brings clinical expertise in preventive care, chronic condition management, men’s health, and dermatologic procedures. As a primary care provider, she sees patients for well checks and physical exams and for sick care, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and management of chronic conditions such as obesity, acne, rosacea, heart disease, mental health conditions, and more.
