Biography

Chassidy Hamilton, FNP-C, first attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016. She then headed to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she completed her Master of Science – Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in 2024. After gaining valuable experience in critical care and home health, Chassidy joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2025.
With a passion for helping and making a difference in the lives of others, Chassidy was drawn to nursing for the opportunity to be an active source of support in critical moments. Whether it's for post-surgery rehabilitation, managing musculoskeletal conditions, or addressing pain, she works closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that help them regain mobility, strength, and independence for a better quality of life. As a certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation nurse practitioner, Chassidy can treat a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, neurological disorders, sports injuries, spinal cord injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia. She also assists with managing conditions such as stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries, and disorders related to the spine, such as herniated discs or sciatica. What Chassidy finds most rewarding about working in medicine is being a part of her patients’ recovery journeys.
