Vikas Kapoor, MD

Vikas Kapoor, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine hospitalist who earned his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in 2016. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2021. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Dr. Kapoor joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2025.
In the inpatient hospital setting, Dr. Kapoor manages a wide range of conditions, including pneumonia, heart failure, sepsis, and complications of chronic illnesses such as diabetes and COPD. He supports patients and families navigating complex medical decisions and helps them safely transition from the hospital back to their homes or community settings.
