Autumn Brown, NP

Autumn Brown, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Medicine nurse practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold. After more than a decade of healthcare and nursing experience, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to become a nurse practitioner in 2022. Autum also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025.
Autumn follows in the footsteps of her sister, who is also a nurse practitioner. She enjoys providing a safe, comfortable environment where she listens to her patients’ concerns and builds plans with them for diagnosis and treatment. She sees patients of all ages, providing primary care and preventive health such as health screenings and well woman exams, chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, and obesity, and acute care for concerns such as UTI, URI, and minor skin infections. Autumn’s favorite aspect of patient care is having the opportunity to help people live better.
