Biography

Bao “Billy” Quoc Pham, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree in 2009 at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center - Permian Basin in Odessa in 2018. Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Dr. Pham began caring for patients at Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025.
Dr. Pham was inspired to pursue a career in medicine when his own father was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 40. As a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Pham provides primary care for patients of all ages from birth through advanced age. This includes well care and sick care for acute conditions such as respiratory illness, injuries, and more. His clinical interests are centered on management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. Aside from building relationships with his patients, Dr. Pham finds it most rewarding to make correct diagnoses so that he can help fix his patients’ problems right from the start.
