Alexis Watson, MD

Alexis Watson, MD, is an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician providing comprehensive women’s healthcare at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. She earned her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2021 and completed her OB/GYN residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in 2025. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025.
Dr. Watson was inspired to become a physician by her pediatrician, who motivated her to pursue a medical career where she could form long-term, supportive relationships with her own patients. She provides care for a wide range of women’s health needs, including contraception management, pregnancy care, fertility, routine gynecologic care and screening, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and postmenopausal bleeding. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive and robotic surgery, pregnancy, and management of abnormal uterine bleeding. Dr. Watson’s favorite parts of practicing medicine are building lasting relationships and guiding women through every stage of life.
