*Beginning January 1, 2027, your WellMed doctor will no longer participate in Humana's network. You can continue seeing your WellMed doctor under your current Humana health plan through December 31,2026, and any appointments scheduled for 2026 will remain as planned.
If continuing care with your WellMed doctor is important to you, you can review your coverage and compare options during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). AEP continues through December 7. During this time, you can compare Medicare health plans, enroll in a different plan or choose Original Medicare. The choice of where you receive care and which Medicare coverage you select is yours.
