Tischina Moore, NP

Tischina Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in Internal Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, in 2019, graduating cum laude . She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Tischina brought over 15 years of combined experience as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner when she joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025.
Tischina was inspired to become a nurse practitioner by her desire to provide both high-level clinical care and holistic, compassionate treatment. As a primary care provider for adult patients, Tischina treats a wide range of conditions, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and viral illnesses. She is especially passionate about preventive care and patient education, believing that empowering patients can significantly reduce complications and hospitalizations.
