Maria Gilles, NP

Maria Gilles, MS, APRN-CNP, FNP-C, completed her undergraduate degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. After caring for patients as a registered nurse for several years, she went to The Ohio State University in Columbus, completing the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025. Maria began caring for patients at Kelsey-Seybold as a certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner in August 2025.
Coming from a family of nurses, Maria was fascinated by medicine and pursued a career in healthcare to make a difference in the lives of others. She provides evidence-based primary care for patients of all ages, taking the time to listen and address their concerns to help them reach their health goals. Aside from providing preventive and wellness-centered care, Maria offers care for acute illnesses and symptoms and common chronic conditions such as autoimmune conditions, vitamin deficiencies, sports injuries, seasonal viruses, and more. She also focuses on promoting health lifestyle through nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Maria’s favorite parts of patient care are connecting with others, providing symptom relief, and empowering her patients to live healthier lifestyles.
