Biography

Teresa Herrin, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. After obtaining her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing with honors, Teresa earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. She then completed additional training at Metropolitan State University to become a wound ostomy and continence nurse specialist.
Teresa provides care for young adults and the geriatric population, treating acute and chronic conditions and helping patients reach holistic health goals.
