Daniel Murphy, MD

Daniel Murphy, MD, practices a patient-centered approach grounded in attentive listening, which he believes is both therapeutic and essential to the diagnostic process. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a strong interest in medical pathology.

Dr. Murphy was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Wyoming in Casper and pursued fellowship training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. Asthma, preventive care and sports medicine are some of his top clinical interests.

Dr. Murphy enjoys and values the opportunity to have a positive influence on patient compliance and outcomes. His goal is to help patients develop a clear understanding of their diagnoses and care so that they can achieve better overall health. Dr. Murphy lives in El Paso, Texas, and enjoys traveling in his free time.
