Dr. Ramirez studied at Universidad Central Del Este San Pedro and completed a medical residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. He felt inspired to pursue a career in medicine to help others during their most vulnerable moments. He enjoys the opportunity to combine science, problem-solving and human connection in his work. The field of international medicine allows him to manage complex medical conditions and build long-term relationships with his patients.

Dr. Ramirez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, which has shaped his approach to medicine by influencing his values of community, resilience, and service. He now resides in South Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, exercising and reading.
