The visit was very good. But was extremely disappointed that she did not order the 2 prescriptions we discussed. It took 3 phone calls to get my prescriptions. And one doctor I spoke to after hours could not order one of my prescriptions because Brittany had not finished her notes on me that were recorded in the office 4 days earlier. It took an entire week to get my prescription.

I do not feel like what I said was heard. I am on meds that can cause increase to my lipids and I have other health issues and this should be taken into consideration when prescribing other medications

She took the extra time to make sure she had all the information needed to assess me. This included several Urgent Care visits and a hospital stay. She made sure nothing was missed so that my recovery was as smooth as possible.

She simply did a great job in all areas.

She made me wait for over an hour, the clinic was not that busy. When I came out of the exam room to ask from some water, she was talking with the staff, and they were sharing videos on their phones. Her excuse was "my previous patient took a long time." Which, based on my questions of the other staff on how busy she was, was a lie.
