She met me for the first time because my other NP was on a leave of absence. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things to me. I did not feel rushed and she was easy to talk to.

She seemed to feel like she was 'In control' of the whole interaction! When she asked me about certain medications, I.e.My trazadone for sleep, she, instead prescribed an anti-depressant! I don't need an anti-depressent! She was pushy in her opinions, without even looking at me during the entire interaction. She had her head buried in her computer, instead of being 'present' with me. Additionally, I told her I had many x-rays recently & didn't feel good about taking on more! She didn't care & recommended about 8 more x-rays, when I told her I am having my medical records sent over from Summit! I was not happy with her at all. NOT going back!

Very hands on and took her time. Very professional. Really liked her. Better than the past. Since Dr Blazejowski retired from in office it’s a been a mess. Guadalupe restored my faith in this practice.

I truly felt she was concerned about my health. She takes her time, listens. And shows she cares about you. I HOPE SHE STAYS! I am so comfortable and feel that she wants the best for her patients.
