I had a 6 month visit (see every 6 months unless sick) and Dr K didn't do any type of exam. He talked to me about the specialists I see (Nephrology, Oncology) and that there were no results of the lab and CT Scan that were done. I had asked for results to be sent to PCP but they weren't. He never listened to my heart, breathing, etc. He shook my hand when he entered the room. I don't see how he could document for an Office visit charge. I was a medical coders for 30+ yrs.

He has too many patients and is not quick and thorough enough with medication dispersal. This may be Wellmeds fault or the incompetent and insensitive staff he is forced to work with.

This was my initial visit with Dr K. He had already reviewed my medical records and had questions ready for me. Made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my health care. He ordered labs and called me the next day with results. All my labs came out very good and he still called me to tell me that. I was extremely Pleased with his follow up.

First time I have seen doctor Kaczynski, I didn't feel quite at ease with him as I do with Dr. Springle, couldn't tell if he was really listening to me
