Dr Del Sol is a very good doctor, he takes the time out to listen to you and talk about your health issues. He doesn’t rush you in and out like other doctors I’ve seen. He explained things to you in a way that you can understand. Just a very pleasant doctor with great bedside manners and very knowledgeable

I visited the clinic with a broken rib from a week before. Pain level 9 His reply to my condition was that he couldn't give me pain medication except for a day or two, anyway he could try adding that Tylenol works better and proceded to promote Tylenol. I told him that I was given pain medication, for five days, at the emergency room but didn't ask him to give me more even though I assumed that he would. He was insensitive and frankly has no doctor manner. After the visit I realized that I bypassed my eye infection? I had provided this information to the nurse but the doctor forgot to addressed it and so did I. I called the office and told the nurse if he could prescribe something for my eyes, she took the information and said that she would call me back. She called me and said that the doctor prescribed an over the counter medication Refresh tears also said to call her if it didn't work. Two days later I called her and told her that the medicine didn't work. She was very professional and said that she will let the doctor know and will called me back. The following day she called me and said the doctor wants for you to go to an oftalmologist. I wasted my time for ! I know that I will not get proper care at this clinic with Dr Del sol. Not as I did with Dr Shaheen therefore I'm looking for another clinic.

Dr Del Sol did not even introduce himself to me. He immediately said “you have 5 controlled substances and I’m not filling them.” He insinuated he had been cleaning up Dr Shaheen’s patient scripts. He didn’t even ask me what I had the meds for, how often I take them, when was the last time I used any of the meds, etc.

Dr Del Sol was kind and curtious while speaking with me. He asked questions & did not make me feel rushed. He offered alternatives instead of just writing out prescriptions. He made me feel at ease by making small talk & in doing so, we found out that we had a few things in common. All-in-all, it was a great experience.
