Minesh Desai, DO

Minesh Desai, DO, is a board-certified internist who attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, earning his medical degree in 2011. He then went to St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital in Indiana to complete a residency in Internal Medicine in 2014, serving as chief resident his final year. Dr. Desai joined Kelsey-Seybold in March 2025.
As an Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Desai provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients. This includes well care, such as annual checkups, immunizations, and routine screenings, as well as sick care. In addition to diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions such as respiratory infections, Dr. Desai helps patients prevent and manage chronic conditions, such as hypertension and diabetes. His clinical interests include wellness management, migraines, and sports medicine. Dr. Desai’s favorite part of practicing medicine is having the opportunity to see his patients’ health problems resolved.
