Biography

Wafa Hafiz, APRN, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Christian University Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Fort Worth. After caring for patients as a registered nurse, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman's University College of Nursing in Denton in 2024. Wafa joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Internal Medicine department as a certified nurse practitioner in February 2025.
Inspired by her mother to pursue a career in medicine, Wafa provides personalized care, focusing on each patient’s unique health needs. She works closely with patients to diagnose health issues and create effective treatment plans that improve their quality of life. As a primary care provider, Wafa offers preventive care and manages a broad range of conditions, including chronic illnesses like hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, as well as acute issues like infections, fatigue, and respiratory symptoms. Wafa loves building relationships with patients, helping them through challenging times, and being part of their journeys to better health.
