He is very thorough and seems extremely competent. I can't complain, but he's not as congenial as my previous provider, nor the doctor before him. Not a criticism at all, just an observation. That's his personality.

He is not the right Dr for me. I need a doctor to listen and not tell me I can't change meds. also tell me to mix my muscle relaxer with my sleeping pills. my previous Drs and pharmacy told is very dangerous to do that with my health problems . I know i have lots a problems but my previous doctors were more helpful.

Dr. Hinai - this is not the army and you don't make directives, demands 'nor do you EVER give me orders! You are rude and you had best keep your goddamned mouth shut if you cannot be polite. Do not ever open your mouth and talk to me like that again! Do you understand what I'm telling you? You had best do so. And, you have left me to strangle with copd for three months while you did nothing to even help -just write some prescription the insurance company will not accept. You are an incompetent. You are NOT my goddamned doctor and you are nobody's doctor. YOU MUST BE REPORTED

Im not talkative but have questions and he gives mostly one word answers. When I can't take my nephew with me to help with what I need to ask and need more than a no answer I have him to ask. I need to go back to 300 MG trazadone or I don't sleep, I asked him if I could go back to 300 from 200. I was at 300 and sleeping well, then somebody didnt like that and without notice it was dropped to 250mg, which "worked" but then again it was reduced back to 200 mgs. All I got when I asked if I could go back to 300 was "no" with no explanation. I know I'm there just for my scripts but all he does is type.

I have seen Dr Hanai once and we just didn't to seem to click with each other. I was very happy with Dr Nichols before. He was probably the best doctor I have had.

He made no personal connection with me. Too busy talking into the Dictaphone. When I explained to him where the pain was, he did not look at the area or even touched the area and said just that I needed to go for an x-ray. Not at all a warm feeling I will not be seeing him again.
