I was running a little late., and wasn't able to see Dr.Ashwani, so she looked at my short and reviewed my blood work, and we talked about how good everything was looking. I was also told by one of the assistants there that I could get my blood work done at the facility. Instead of going to Quest. Oh, all I need to do is come a week before my next appointment with Dr. Aswani.

I had originally planned for this to be my final visit to the clinic due to repeated negative experiences with my previous provider, April Wilson, NP. Over the years, I found her to be inattentive, dismissive, and more focused on prescribing medications than listening to or addressing my actual concerns. She never reviewed my medical history or took the time to go over my lab results in detail, which left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. Thankfully, during this scheduled follow-up, April was unavailable, and I was seen by Rochelle, NP. The difference in care was night and day. Rochelle was incredibly attentive, thorough, patient, and an excellent listener. She took the time to not only examine me but also review both my recent lab results and my full medical history with me—something that had never been done before. Because of this positive experience, I requested to switch to Rochelle as my primary provider. I’m relieved and grateful to have found someone who truly takes the time to care.
