Biography

Kassie Day, APRN, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner who trained at Texas Woman's University. Her care philosophy promotes open and trusting relationships with patients. She likes her patients to feel empowered to talk honestly about difficult topics without feeling judged.

NP Day initially pursued nursing to compassionately care for others in their time of need. She chose to obtain FNP certification because she felt it would enable her to better meet her patients' needs. She enjoys working in family practice because she likes caring for patients holistically and does not believe that a single disease process or illness defines a person. Her favorite part of her job is building honest relationships with patients.

NP Day was born in a little town called Comanche, Texas, and currently lives in the suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth. She is married, with four children. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, reading, listening to audiobooks, doing puzzles and enjoying quiet moments. NP Day is passionate about caring for the physical and mental health of her patients. She believes that both aspects of health are interconnected and that addressing each is vital to improving overall health and wellbeing.
