Biography

Chizoba Onyemelukewe, PA, believes in proactive, preventive medicine. She encourages patients to advocate for their health so they can achieve the best possible quality of life. Heart disease, diabetes and hypertension are among her top clinical interests.

Chizoba was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned her degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and is currently board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She specializes in primary care and values the continuity of care model.

Working in primary care, Chizoba aims to build long-term relationships with patients and truly understand their greatest health needs. This allows her to provide them with optimal support during their health journeys. Chizoba currently lives in Dallas. Reading, traveling and visiting museums are some of her favorite activities.
