There was a major problem trying to get refills of my medication with Optum RX. I like using mail order. I don't know how or why there was confusion. I think it's straight now. Delsy, (I don't think I spelled her name correctly) and Amy really helped.

I am transitioning from Dr. Deynes to Leila Gaines. She seems very good, but I have only had one visit so far. It takes awhile to get used to a new PCP.

Leila is so nice, kind, knowledgeable and professional. My bloodwork is always explained to me. She makes my visit enjoyable. She smiles too.She asks questions, provides referrals right away. Leila is awesome. I have recommended her to my sister who has insurance that optum does not accept. When she gets Medicare next year, she may switch doctors.

I had to see my doctor Tran who was away at this time and I did see Leila Gaines, APN-c and she did see me about my symptoms. I was treated the same way that DR. Tran would treat me and I was very pleased with my results.

Leila is very pleasant and always explains everything to me. She goes over all of the testing and tells me what to do if there is anything that can be improved Also goes over a way to improve things if needed so. I am very happy with her care.

I don't see this provider, I see a PA named Monique. I gave her an ok rating because I've only seen her once so far so I'm not sure. So far she is fine. I love the previous provider, had her fora few years but she has left the practice.
