Rasmey Chhin, DO

Rasmey Chhin, DO, is a board-certified pediatrician at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at Fort Worth, completing her medical degree in 2017. Dr. Chhin then completed her Pediatrics residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center Amarillo in 2020. She joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Pediatrics medical staff in January 2025.
Dr. Chhin became a physician to pursue a fulfilling career serving others. She specializes in well child care, including newborn care, checkups, and physicals, and provides sick child care for a wide variety of conditions such as fever, ear pain, cold symptoms, rashes, constipation, diarrhea, asthma, and ADHD. Dr. Chhin’s clinical interests include newborn care, adolescent health, breastfeeding, nutrition, and preventive medicine – and she loves the relationships that she gets to build with her patients and their families.
With kindness and compassion, Dr. Chhin listens to her patients and their families, providing evidence-based medicine with every patient's best interest in mind.
Dr. Chhin likes to spend her free time with her husband and their daughter.
