Chelsey Abraham, MD

Chelsey Abraham, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2021. She completed her residency at Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program in 2024. Inspired by her family members in healthcare, including her mother who was a nurse, Dr. Abraham became a physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all stages of life. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in September 2024, where she treats patients of all ages for both acute and chronic conditions.
Dr. Abraham has a wide range of clinical interests, including women’s health, pediatrics, chronic disease management, and mental health conditions. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships through open communication, trust, and collaboration.
