Biography

Jerry Zhuo, MD, earned his medical degree at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) in 2018. From there, he relocated to Texas, completing both a General Surgery internship and his Urology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2019 and 2023, respectively. Dr. Zhuo also completed a fellowship in robotic surgery and minimally invasive urologic oncology at Henry Ford Hospital in 2024. He joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Urology department in September 2024.
As a child, Dr. Zhuo suffered from pediatric asthma, a condition that required frequent doctor visits. His experience with his compassionate doctors inspired him to ultimately pursue medicine. As a fellowship-trained physician, Dr. Zhuo provides top-tier surgical outcomes and treatment options for his patients experiencing a broad range of urological conditions, including BPH, prostatitis, UTI, gross hematuria, kidney stones, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, testicular cancer, penile cancer, urological reconstructions, urinary incontinence, and erectile dysfunction. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery, kidney cancer, and prostate cancer. Dr. Zhuo finds that medicine is a dynamic, ever-evolving field that keeps him constantly intellectually engaged and challenged to improve himself so he can provide the best for his patients.
