Nehal has always been very helpful to me in the past. This last time I was grateful that she sent my prescription for Amlodipine directly to Centerwell Pharmacy. The problem is that she prescribed the wrong dosage for me. I take 10 mg. and she sent a prescription for 5 mg. which I received from Centerwell Pharmacy in the mail.

She is an excellent PA so is my Dr Abigail Barrera , been with them for years , my problem and frustration is the way WELMET is , I had to fight and argue to get an appointment with either one of them , they we trying to send me to an other clinic , I did because I needed to be seen and they would not take my insurance so it took another week of fighting and arguing with the appointment department to see my Doctor, and as I wright this I have been waiting 2hrs for a call back to see my doctor because I am still not feeling well and I don’t know if they will call me today , is this what you mean when you say “your health is our first priority “

During the encounter she listens and understands and gives advise but when she orders anything (example tests) I'm waiting to get a call to schedule. High mark for the encounter it's after that things don't get done and I'm calling or waiting for a call.
