Kausar Mukhi, MD

Kausar Ali Mukhi, MD, attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, earning her medical degree in 2018 with high honors. She remained at Baylor College of Medicine to complete her Integrated Plastic Surgery residency program in 2024. Dr. Mukhi joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Plastic Surgery department in August 2024.
Dr. Mukhi was drawn to plastic surgery because of the opportunity to combine art and science in helping patients improve their quality of life. She performs both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction and cosmetic augmentation, body contouring, facial surgery, Mohs reconstruction, and other procedures. Her ultimate goal is to help her patients achieve their goals in the best and safest way possible. For Dr. Mukhi, the most rewarding aspect of practicing medicine is hearing from patients about how they are doing after surgery.
