Was not impressed with the DO dry personality prescribed medication with no instructions and then questioned me about the time I took the medication. “ there were no instructions just once a day.”

We had a conference call visit this week. Ludmilla was completely present to my needs and didn't just answer questions but took the time to discuss my options and recommended a course of action that I could take to feel better and get stronger. My son was on the call with me and she included him in the conversation so that he was informed as to my medications and what I could do to better manage my health. I like Ludmilla very much and feel comfortable enough with her to discuss any problems that I was having. It was a very good meeting.

Went for yearly exam which should have included a cardiogram which was also needed for a pre- operative reason. Forced to make a second appt. Also posed a question at yearly and was told this was not included in the yearly!

When she sent me for an x-ray on my right heel, apparently, she did not tell them to take an angle view to see if I had a heel spur or not. The referred physician had to take another x-ray to confirm a spur or just plantar fasciitis. I wasted $24.00 at the first location.
