Biography

Victoria Hinckley, FNP, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with magna cum laude honors in 2015 from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, Illinois. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing, Illinois State University in 2020 to become a family nurse practitioner.
As a family nurse practitioner, she delivers many preventive care services and treats patients for chronic conditions and acute illnesses like hypertension, hyperlipidemia, GERD, and thyroid disorders. Victoria is invested in providing preventative care and improving her patients’ health. She prioritizes educating patients in a respectful manner, answering questions and ensuring they feel heard. She does this by establishing a rapport with patients, listening to their needs, and prioritizing their care. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.
