Biography

Board certified in general and vascular surgery, Christy L. Moeller, MD, FACS, RPVI, earned her medical degree at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2006. She then completed her internship and general surgery residency in 2014 at Baylor College of Medicine. She remained there to complete a fellowship in vascular surgery in 2016. Dr. Moeller joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Surgery department in March 2025.
With extensive experience in both general and vascular surgery, Dr. Moeller is able to perform a wide range of patient procedures, such as gallbladder removals, hernia repairs, hemorrhoidectomies, biopsies, and more. She enjoys building connections with her patients by listening to them and their families so that she can address all their concerns and questions. Dr. Moeller also prioritizes educating her patients on their conditions and their options for surgical treatment.
