Mai Pham, NP

Mai Thi Pham, APRN-CPN, FNP-BC, first earned her Master of Business and Health Management at the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2010, going on to pursue an Associate of Science in Nursing at San Jacinto College in Houston in 2014. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by her Master of Science in Nursing, both at University of Texas at Arlington, in 2019 and 2022, respectively. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.
Mai Thi became an advanced practice clinician in primary care to help others prevent illness and improve quality of life. Patients may see her for routine check-ups, preventive care, and vaccinations as well as comprehensive treatment and management of common diseases such as upper respiratory infections, UTIs, GERD, and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. She enjoys taking a holistic approach to practicing medicine, focusing on prevention and education.
