Biography

Denise Horowitz earned her physician assistant (PA) certificate from Baylor College of Medicine in 1984. She’s been a PA for more than 35 years.
With experience in both neurosurgical and orthopedic spine practices, Denise worked as a PA at MacGregor Medical Association from 1984 to 1989, Houston Neurosurgical Association from 1989 to 1995, the Bone and Joint Clinic of Houston from 1996 to 2015, and Houston Methodist Hospital in the Office of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine from 2015 to 2022. She joined Kelsey Seybold in May 2022.
