Biography

James Payne is a certified physician assistant in Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson in 2016 and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth in 2021. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in December 2021.
