Jennifer Bramel, NP

Jennifer Bramel, FNP-C, has been providing evidence-based patient care since 2010. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, she attended Texas Woman's University in Houston, earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Program, in 2021. Jennifer joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department as a family nurse practitioner in December 2024.
Jennifer had always wanted to take care of people and knew her calling was to be a nurse since a young age. For patients of all ages, she provides well care, such as annual visits and well-woman exams, as well as sick care for acute and chronic illness, including stomach discomfort, joint and muscle pain, headaches, and injuries. She also works with patients on managing chronic illness such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and more. Jennifer’s favorite part of practicing medicine is having the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Jennifer takes time to listen to her patients’ concerns, meeting them where they are and communicating clearly so that they can know they are receiving the best patient-centered care possible. Her philosophy of care is focused on providing patients with the knowledge they need to be empowered in their own care and healing.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
