Elizabeth Surface, Au.D

Elizabeth Surface, AuD, CCC-A, earned her Bachelor of Science in 2017 from James Madison University, where she also earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2021. She also completed her residency at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2021. Dr. Surface joined Kelsey-Seybold in December 2023.
Dr. Surface began her time helping people when she was young by volunteering at a nursing home. Seeing the joy on residents’ faces when recounting stories in their lives and simply having someone to talk to was her primary motivation for pursuing a career focused on communication disorders.
At Kelsey-Seybold, Dr. Surface sees patients who have concerns about hearing loss, tinnitus, and dizziness/imbalance. She also sees people looking to obtain hearing aids, for hearing aid maintenance, and hearing protection devices. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is meeting people from all walks of life and easing their journeys.
