Victor Simms, MD

Dr. Victor Simms is the Medical Director of Clinical Operations for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.
Dr. Simms graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1996. Following his doctorate, he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor. He continued his education at the school with a fellowship in Primary Care Research. In addition, he earned a Master of Public Health degree from The University of Texas School of Public Health.
