Biography

Nadia Jamil, MD, completed her Bachelor of Science in psychology in 2010 at the University of Alberta in Canada. She moved to Clinton, Miss., to complete her Master of Science in biological sciences at Mississippi College in 2012 and later relocated to Lubbock and Amarillo to complete her medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2017. In 2020, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Tyler, where she served as chief resident during her final year. Dr. Jamil moved to Providence, Rhode Island, and completed her Endocrinology fellowship at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital in 2022.
Board certified in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, Dr. Jamil treats adult patients for management of endocrine diseases, including diabetes management and thyroid conditions. Her clinical interests include obesity medicine.
