Biography

Mengwei Ni, MD, completed her Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering at Rice University in 2014. She went on to complete her medical degree at the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2018. She completed her Pediatric residency at St. Louis Children’s Hospital with Washington University School of Medicine in 2021 and her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Barnes Jewish Hospital with Washington University School of Medicine in 2023.
Dr. Ni’s parents both worked in the medical field and volunteer work with various hospitals solidified her decision to go into medicine at a young age. She can treat patients with various allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, food allergy, asthma, eczema, and medication allergy. She also evaluates patients with recurrent infections or immune deficiencies.
