Biography

Hassan S. Rizvi, DO, FAAP, CAQSM, completed both his Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Bachelor of Science in biology in 2012 at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He went on to complete his medical degree at Touro University Nevada in 2018, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. He completed his Pediatric residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Jersey in 2021. He went on to complete his primary care sports medicine fellowship at NYU Langone Health in New York in 2022. He is double board certified in Pediatrics and Primary Care Sports Medicine. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
As a sports medicine physician, he specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions related to physical activity. He particularly focusses on the non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries like sprains, strains, fractures, and tendinopathy. He also offers expertise in managing overuse injuries, osteoarthritis, concussions, and optimizing athletic performance. His goal is to help patients recover, prevent future injuries, and enhance their overall well-being.
