I gave the rating that I did because this specific individual was very clear and concise, but also very patient I do have difficulty hearing and they are very understanding of this I felt like I was being listened to.

Dr. Davila is the first doctor that listened to me and truly understood my concerns on my first visit with him. He is attentive and I don’t feel rushed when he walks into the exam room. I was and still am impressed with his candor and desire to help me. I wished all physicians were like him. I feel like I could have a 30-year rapport with Dr. Davila. He is genuine and has an awesome “bedside” manner. I cannot praise him enough.

I’m being honest, at first I was a little intimidated when Dr. Davila walked in because he looks more like a fitness trainer than a doctor. But once he started talking with me and my husband, he immediately made us feel comfortable. There was no judgment at all. You can tell he genuinely cares—not just about prescribing medications, but about helping his patients get to the root cause so they can eventually get off them. He gave me so many helpful weight loss tips, and just by following his advice, I’ve already lost 20 pounds. I’m very thankful for his support and guidance.

Needed to go over test results and had a voice recording/transcription off the bat, sent me to another clinic that didn't provide the testing or care that I needed, didn't do a physical examination, and couldn't get a clear reading or diagnosis of the old or new test results as they were conflicting. I still haven't gotten an appointment set with a specialist and it's been weeks.. I need answers and the tests I recieved just lead me with more questions.

He listened. He spent sufficient time with me. He worked with me decide on an action plan. He saw me at a time when I had an urgent need to talk to a physician about a cardiac condition. Some things can't wait for a convenient appointment FOR THE DOCTOR and he was there for me. If I had had to wait for an appointment, I would have quit WellMed and looked for another doctor/institution.
