Jeremy Smith, DO

Jeremy Smith, DO, enjoys the daily challenge his internal medicine career offers, and he embraces each new opportunity to help patients navigate their wellness journey. During every appointment, he helps patients learn to keep themselves and their families healthy.

In his practice, Dr. Smith takes a patient-centered approach. He gets to know his patients as individuals and aims to help them live their lives more fully. Dr. Smith works with patients to set and achieve health care goals that improve their quality of life. He focuses on disease prevention and works to identify health concerns in the early stages so patients can extend their life span.

Dr. Smith is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences. He proudly served as a physician at the United States Military Academy and with the 10th Mountain Division. Though born and raised in southern California, he is now a resident of Texas. Dr. Smith currently lives in San Antonio with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, canoeing and exploring the great outdoors.
