She is a very caring, very humble and the first thing she asks me is" How are you feeling today, tell me how was your Holiday's? Then after we have our little conversation, she'll say, ok! What can I do for you today, she'll take My vital signs and tells me, you look good and everything checks out good! And then continues to make sure I ain't hurting or anything! So for me, an [omitted]lady, that shows me how much she cares for her patients and it makes my visit so rewarding!

She’s not a patient person more a business person- I never feel comfortable with her decisions on my meds and or treatment it took 4 months to finally get my prescription in too a filler for wegovy it’s only been the last visit that she actually sat and talked about my care - still putting me on meds I agreed to try. She never fills my meds on phone request I have no car and UHC requires 72 hrs to get a ride! No reason she couldn’t give me antibiotics for my uti over the phone!

I c/o of lethargy this appointment. On thinking back I had c/o of the same thing twice before. She wanted to do a lab work up which includes iron, B vitamins, and basically an anemia profile. I told her the last time they did that they were going to charge me $600 for a vitamin D level. She decided we could do without that one. Fine but why jump right to the anemia profile when I had also told her of my problems sleeping. She was more concerned about the drug tizanidine and scrapping it since I hadn't taken it for a year. I went home and that night I took tizanidine and had a much better sleep. I took it twice the next night and the headaches started to go away. I've taken it every night since and am finally getting back to normal. I think she should have explored the subject a little more rather than gone to something that just didn't work.

Apparently I talk too much, but if I must repeat my needs every visit it takes time. Being ridiculed for taking too long or being told I'm not willing to follow through with issues when referrals I need leaks me to Dr's who don't want to listen or perform needed exams because my condition is too complex or of an interest to them when exams fail, after this next attempts to receive assistance with my severe pain and gastric issues, I'll be forced to return to Ohio and try to get help by my original ddrs who know my history rather than beg Dr's to please just upgrade their experiences by reading my records from the past.

She's not only personable but asks the right questions to get a complete picture of my unique situation. Lack of information given in a timely manner was and is a concern. I can Google and that's what I did. Would have liked to talk to a medical pro. Calling me 4 weeks after tests to tell me everything is "just fine" is irresponsible. Telling me the PT fellow would "explain everything" was dismissive.
