Time spent with her less than five min. FNP C Christi to me " Breathe in Breathe out" twice. Open wide. Sounds good. Rx something for your cough. Me: wait I'm concerned about my swelling and one of my meds isn't really working for me. FMP C: YOUR FINE, I'll see you next time. Your test were all negative.Me: but I've tested negative before, what do I do, her: just gargle with salt water and get rest, go to ER if it gets worse. Wow AFTER WAITING FOR A LONG TIME OUT IN RECEPTION AREA AND IN THE BACK......

Ms Tyrel Christie is very attentive and listens to any concerns regarding my health. She is proactive in seeking solutions and/or medications to correct what ails me. I am there to be cared for from my doctor, whom I haven't seen once, not to be talked down to by the nurse replacing them, because she doesn't care to understand my circumstances, and treat me like a patient instead of a number. I felt like I was getting the "rush 'em in and out" attitude. I will actually be calling today to cancel the x-ray referral because I don't believe she is paying attention due to the fact that she ordered a hand x-ray when I had an issue with my arm. When I brought it up, she corrected it. I shouldn't have had to correct my caregiver. Your service used to be better.

She said she was going to schedule an appointment for x-rays on my left hand I never heard nothing from her she didn't write nothing down nothing from what I understand so I never want to see her anymore I rather see the other ones I've never had any trouble like that everybody else is nice friendly and listen to me she listened but you didn't write nothing down
