Jennifer Clyatt, NP, treats interactions with patients as an opportunity to empower patients to take a more proactive role in their own health.

Jennifer NP graduated from South University with an MSN Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP). She enjoys developing partnerships with patients and their families to help promote healthier choices, increased health literacy and support the primary and secondary prevention of disease. She enjoys truly listening to her patients to meet them “where they are” in their health journey.

Jennifer NP was born in Avon Park, Florida, but was raised in Lakeland since she was one year old. Today, she resides in Mulberry, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, reading and participating in outdoor activities with her dogs.
