Because I feel rushed. And she doesn't explain how certain medication will effect my body and the changes that I will go through. I'm always upset after I leave from seeing her. I use to take Olzempic and I was losing weight. Now I'm on Monjora. And have gain weight. I don't understand why. She never explained to me why this may occur. I'm not saying she isn't a good doctor. I just feel she can do better. And listen better. I'm not just a number I'm human with emotions.

I love her!!!!!!!!! I have had providers in the past that just look at me like I’m a chart with issues and here’s how you fix them. I understand that they have many patients to see and treat. Dr Samara Al Musawi made me feel like a person, with issues, with feelings, and saw me and didn’t dismiss any of my questions or symptoms as just a chart! I would love for her to be my Provider as long as she is there!!!

i just prefer my Doctor Mccarroll i’m elderly and have serious health issues and thankfully Doctor Mccarroll took the time to find and read the results of my first lab work and did second lab work just to make sure. that’s being a real doctor in my opinion. so i’m just very happy to have him as my primary care doctor due to building on the patient/doctor relationship

Dr. A did not demonstrate genuine concern in my treatment. She was vague in explaining my test results in spite of my questions. She seemed eager to go to her next appointment patient. Although my labs had abnormalities, she didn't give me a treatment plan. I left the the exam room feeling unsure about my health & the need to find another physician.
